A pair of snug fitting leggings that are great for layering with a onesie or a dress. Comes with an optional ruffle at the hem. This pattern is rated easy and anyone should be able to sew it. Comes in sizes preemie through 6T.

Knit fabric- light to medium weight cotton. It can be interlock, jersey or double knit. If you would like your ruffle pieces (optional) to be contrasting in color, just make sure to choose a fabric similar in weight.

For a 60” wide fabric, you will need 1/2 a yard for sizes preemie through 9-12 and 7/8 of a yard for sizes 12-18 through 5-6.
